Yara Martinez is an American famed star of CW’s comedy TV series Jane the Virgin, in which she played the supporting role of Dr. Luisa Alver from 2014 to 2017. She came into limelight with her supporting role of Beth. She also appeared in the popular TV series Hollywood Heights as Kelly in 2012. She made her acting debut with 2006 TV film Faceless as Mari Reynosa. From 2013 to 2016, she has been involved in many TV series and movies such as Criminal Minds, Hawaii Five-0, Necessary Roughness, Alpha House, True Detective, Rosewood, Bull etc. In 2017, she landed in the supporting role of Ms. Lint on the FOX channel’s action and comedy TV series The Tick.
