Shivani Tomar is an Indian famed star of the Star Plus’s romance drama TV series Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3, in which she played the co-lead role of Advay’s wife Chandni Advay Singh Raizada from 3 July 2017 to 2018. She began her acting career from the Zee TV’s soap opera Pavitra Rishta as Ruchita Vinod Karanjkar. In 2015, she played the lead role of Shakti Gupta in the drama TV series Hum Aapke Ghar Mein Rehte Hain, which was aired on SAB TV. She also appeared in the popular running TV series Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki as Tanuja but role of Tanuja for approximately one month before Sengar returned to the series. Poor audience response due to a perceived lack of chemistry between Tomar and Malhotra was cited as a reason for her dismiss.
