Jasmine Cephas Jones is an American famed star who is best known for her Ammy award winning dual roles of Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds in the 2015 Broadway musical Hamilton. She is also best recognized for having played the character Ashley in the Daveed Diggs starred 2018 comedy-drama film Blindspotting. She began her acting career in 2013 with feature film Titus as Jessica. Shortly thereafter landed a co-lead role as Lindsey in the Mattheau O’Brien directed horror and thriller film Fairfield, which was released on 2 November 2014. She also was cast in the Television series including 2020’s #Freerayshawn as Tyisha and 2019’s Mrs. Fletcher as Chloe. Recently, she played the minor role of Beth Hall in the Liam Neeson starred action and crime film Honest Thief.
